Hepburn Shire Council has endorsed joining a Visitor Economy Partnership with neighbouring councils Ballarat, Moorabool, Pyrenees, Golden Plains, representatives from the tourism industry and the Victorian Government to continue to boost tourism to the region. Central Highlands Water (CHW) is building a pipeline to connect the Daylesford and Hepburn water supply to the Goldfields Superpipe. The underground 400mm diameter water pipeline will extend from Blampied to Daylesford along a 14 km alignment.
