Revised Outdoor Dining and Trading Policy Adopted

A new Outdoor Dining and Trading Policy will guide what furniture can be placed along Council owned and managed footpaths, roads and land and the use of elements such as tables, chairs, barrier screens, umbrellas, A-frame signage, display stands and planter boxes. The policy comes into effect on July 1. Traders with existing permits will have one month to reapply.

Council Adopts 2023/24 Budget in Split Decision

Hepburn Shire Council has adopted a $59 million budget for 2023/2024 with investment focused on completing major capital works and delivering services to the community in line with the Council Plan and Municipal Public Health and Wellbeing Plan. However, support for the budget was not unanimous.
