Before TikTok witches, before Instagram spirituality and before it was cool to be mystical, there was Fiona Horne.

With witchcraft more visible than ever — from the return of Practical Magic 2 to the rise of WitchTok, spellwork trending across social media, and witch-inspired aesthetics dominating fashion and culture — it’s a powerful time to be a witch.

Publicly identifying as a witch in the 1990s — when doing so came with real risk — Fiona Horne helped break open the space that so many now occupy. Her bestselling debut Witch – A Personal Journey (1997) remains in print nearly 30 years later. Now, as witchcraft enters one of its most visible moments yet, Fiona returns with her 17th book, her 5th oracle deck, and an Australian tour designed to bring witches and the witch-curious together in real life.

Fiona Horne announces the release of her new book, Coven – Where Witches Gather, alongside its companion deck, Coven Oracle, published by Rockpool Publishing. The book and oracle deck will be released February 24, 2026 across Australia, the USA, the UK, and international markets.

Coven – Where Witches Gather is Fiona Horne’s 17th book, and the Coven Oracle is her 5th oracle deck, marking a new chapter in a publishing career that spans nearly three decades. The book explores the sacred art of witches and ‘witch-curious’ working together — community, boundaries, leadership, ritual, healing, and the power of collective intention — offering guidance for a generation seeking connection and belonging.

The accompanying Coven Oracle is designed for both solitary practice and group work, supporting intuitive development, shared ritual, and ethical modern witchcraft. Together, the book and deck reflect Fiona’s lived experience as both a practitioner and a guide.

Fiona will be in Daylesford on Friday 27th March – Euphemia Blackthorne, Daylesford (1:30pm-1:45pm) – Book Signing
