Listings for the five homes featured in The Block 2025 have been published on Domain.com. The properties are located in the Middleton Field estate in Daylesford.
Each home is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom dwelling on a block of approximately 2,400 square metres. The designs are described by the developers as eco-friendly and inspired by country living.
At present, the only images available on the listings are of one of the three bathrooms in each home. Further photographs are expected to be released progressively as part of the television program’s schedule.
Although the properties are now listed online, they are not currently for sale. They will be auctioned later in 2025, on a date that has not yet been announced. Price guides for the homes are in the range of $3 million to $3.3 million.
By comparison, the median price for a four-bedroom home in Daylesford is about $1.1 million. However, comparisons are complicated by the nature of The Block properties for sale. The homes are very large at 346 square metres set on 2,400 square metre blocks. Typical four bedroom Daylesford property are set on a more modest 900-1000 square metre block. And The Block homes will be sold as shown in the television series with all fittings and furnishings.
