The Daylesford Neighbourhood Centre recently welcomed Kate Moran as our new Coordinator.
With a background in community development, the arts and education, Kate brings a passion for creating inclusive, community-driven spaces where people feel connected, empowered and inspired.
Kate and Ethen, along with our team of wonderful, dedicated volunteers, share in the Centre’s vision of being a warm and welcoming place where local people can gather, share skills, exchange stories and build lasting connections. Whether through workshops, shared meals, creative projects or simply a friendly chat, we are committed to supporting the community in ways that are both meaningful and grounded in local spirit.
Please drop in and say hello! The Centre is warm, the Wi-Fi is strong and the kettle is always on . We’d love to see you!”

DNC Joke of the Week
My father always likes to say “It’s not about the destination, it’s about the journey”. Wonderful man, terrible bus driver.
My uncle always said “The secret of theatre is to always leave them wanting more”. Wonderful man, terrible anaesthetist.
My old man used to say “You gotta fight fire with fire”. Hell of a man, terrible fire fighter.
