The Daylesford Neighbourhood Centre is running another Wellbeing Day on Wednesday the 18th of November.
The focus of the day will be on dealing with an emergency situation. Amongst other things you will learn how to use a defibrillator.
These sessions are free and open to anyone interested.
The session is a continuation of the successful Shocktober promotion run by Ambulance Victoria.
