Central Highlands Water (CHW) is inviting local customers to share their views in the organisation’s Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey.
The survey gives residents the chance to provide feedback on water and sewerage services, with results helping CHW improve the way it delivers essential services to the community.
“Our annual customer satisfaction survey helps us gain insights into community perspectives on our products and services, and I encourage our customers to be as honest as possible,” said CHW Managing Director Jeff Haydon. “The information we receive about the customer experience helps us identify if we’re meeting expectations and where we can improve.”
The survey is being run in partnership with six other regional water corporations, including Coliban Water. The survey is currently open on the Central Highlands Water website. Customers who complete the survey by the closing date of Wednesday 22 October will go into the draw to win one of ten $100 bill credits, with winners announced on 20 November.
