Grants Sought to Complete Museum Works
Generous grants from DELWP and Hepburn Shire have helped restore the Daylesford Museum but additional works are required and escalating costs have made planned works difficult to complete. The Daylesford Museum Reserve Committee of Management is calling for support from the state government to complete planned works.

Creswick Trails to Host Commonwealth Games MTB Events
The state government announced earlier this week that Mountain Bike (MTB) Racing will be staged at Creswick for the 2026 Commonwealth Games in regional Victoria. The announcement caps a campaign by Hepburn Shire and Ballarat Councils to include MTB in the Victoria 2026 program and to stage MTB racing in Creswick.
