Entries close for the Daylesford Rotary Art Show on 4 October. Our artist profiled this week, Jude Bodiam has already entered!
With more than 40 years experience painting and drawing, Jude Bodiam has gained the knowledge and confidence to mature and grow into her own style of arts practise.
Jude recently created the official poster for the 2026 Swiss Italian Festa. Each year local artists are given the opportunity to create something unique to celebrate this extremely important local Festa which has been celebrating our amazing heritage going back more than 170 years.
Jude researched previous posters and decided to create a unique version to catch the eye of the beholder by drawing on a black background.
As a local resident, Jude Bodiam has exhibited at: the Daylesford Rotary Art Show; Trentham Art Show; Convent Gallery; Clayfire Gallery and Old Auction House in Kyneton. She specialises in creating works in acrylics, charcoal, oil, pen and ink as well as sculptures in clay.
She has also exhibited in Galleries in: the Red Hill; Brunswick; Footscray; Rotary Art Shows in Melbourne and other galleries.
Actively involved in the local community, Jude Bodiam is a volunteer at the Daylesford Visitor Information Centre and joins in various local community social activities. Being a part of our local community is so important to Jude.
