“Hepburn Switch” is a free community event to celebrate our community’s achievements and learn more about achieving zero-emission goals for the Hepburn Shire and switching to a
renewable future.
All community members are invited to this free, in-person event on April 30 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm at The Palais in Hepburn Springs.
This event will showcase information on:
- EV Bulk Buy with a presentation by Anton from the Good Car Company,
- Heat Pump Hot Water Bulk Buy with a presentation by Jürgen from t2zero,
- Hepburn Energy’s Community Retail Offer & partnership with Flow Power to provide clean energy to our community,
- Z-NET achievements and where we are at in meeting our 2025 and 2030 targets on our Hepburn switch journey,
- Progress on Hepburn Energy’s community battery and solar farm project, and
- Community projects and information tables.
There will also be a discussion Panel and Q & A from the audience, a deep dive into the progress of our community partnership Z-NET, with the goal to be the first zero-net emission shire in Australia, and electric vehicles available for test drives.
