DNC Joke of the Week
Eleven people were hanging on a rope under a helicopter – 10 men and 1 woman. But the rope wasn’t strong enough to hold them all, so a decision had to be made: one person needed to let go.
After much debate, no-one could decide … until the woman gave a heartfelt speech.
She said: “As a woman I’m used to giving everything for my husband, my kids – and honestly, for you men in general. I’m always sacrificing and never getting anything in return. So you know what, fellas … I’ll go. I’ll let go of the rope”
And with the emotional speech complete … All the men started clapping!
[If you’ve got a better joke, (and doesn’t everyone??) send it to admin@dncentre.org.au and we’ll publish it. (Remember, this is a family publication! 😊). We’ll even include your name if you wish – or you can protect your anonymity!]
