The guest speaker for the AGM is Dr Gabe Phillips who will talk about helpful things for living and relating well. Dr Phillips is a highly respected Gestalt psychologist who  synthesises psychological and spiritual perspectives into his understanding of human experience and psychotherapeutic practice.

Everyone is welcome but only financial members can vote during the AGM. You can become a financial member by downloading the membership form.

Yoga Classes

Hatha yoga classes will enhance your well-being through the practice of asana (movement and postures), pranayama (breath practices and awareness), and relaxation. Expect to feel stretched, strengthened, energised and calm.  Our Tutor, Jan Tepper,is a Yoga teacher with more than 15 years experience.  She is also a Physiotherapist working in rehabilitation of musculoskeletal issues having a strong knowledge of the body and health issues.

Classes are scheduled Tuesdays 6pm & Saturdays 9am and run for 75mins.  All levels welcome, including beginners. BYO Yoga mat and blanket.

$18.00 per session, or 10 pass card for $150.
