Yes – it’s on again !!
WACK A WEED AND SAVE A TREE is on again Sunday July 17 at Cornish Hill.
Anyone who walks the main creek track will have noticed the amazing work being done over the past few sessions. Re-staking, weeding, brushcutting, cutting out gorse and blackberries … the list goes on.
Many thanks a to a small number of regular volunteers, we’ve made a difference but there’s still plenty to do. These people have greatly helped on the Hill and they would love to meet some new helpers! Thanks to: Scott, Liz, Alex, Ed,Ian,Luke, Geoff, Richard, Peter, Kath and Jan – we LOVE your work!
Come and join us SUNDAY JULY 17 10 – noon. Park at the end of Stanley st and we’ll meet there this time. Hopefully we’ll be working at the south end of the track this time.
