A community information session about the Victorian Goldfields World Heritage Bid will be held at the Daylesford Museum on Tuesday April 15  from 5.00pm till 7.00pm.

The aim of the World Heritage bid is to share the extraordinary story of the Victorian Goldfields with people from across the globe and create social, cultural and economic opportunities for every community across the region.

Two speakers from the Victorian Goldfields World Heritage Bid Project Team, Trevor Budge and Lana Epshteyn, will provide an overview of the bid process and what a World Heritage listing might means for the community, businesses and the wider region.

Bookings are essential and can be made through the Hepburn Shire Council webpage. Light refreshments will be provided.

Three large information display panels have been set up at the Museum and will be available for viewing from Saturday 5 April through to Saturday 26 April during the opening hours of 11.00am to 3.00pm.
