Small Business Bus Coming to Daylesford

Daylesford small business owners will have the chance to access free expert advice when the Small Business Bus visits on Monday, September 29.

The mobile service – described as an “office on wheels” – will be parked at 52 Vincent Street from 10am to 4pm, offering support to existing business owners and those thinking about starting a business.

Since the program began 14 years ago, the Small Business Bus has made more than 3,300 visits across Victoria and provided advice to more than 47,000 business owners. The service covers a wide range of topics including business planning, marketing, financial management, staffing and compliance.

Member for Macedon said, “Every business and every business owner in Macedon is unique, which is why the Small Business Bus provides tailored expert advice for each business owner to help support them in the way that suits them best.”

Minister for Small Business Natalie Suleyman said, “The Small Business Bus is a fantastic resource for people looking to start or grow their small business – providing them with free expert advice so their business can grow, thrive and create local jobs for their community.”

Walk-ins are welcome, but bookings are recommended. For those unable to attend in person, online business advisory sessions are available through Business Victoria. Bookings can be made at business.vic.gov.au/grants-and-programs/small-business-bus.
