Daylesford’s September Repair, on Sunday 21st, will include a workshop on Vacuum cleaner maintenance.

Do you wonder why your Vacuum Cleaner isn’t picking up like it used to, only to find it blocked with leaves, small pieces of bark [that have come in with the wood for the fire, or the dog carrying it in on its fur] or small pieces of charcoal, not to mention the filters that need cleaning?

Come along and learn how to look after your Vacuum Cleaner to ensure it works at the optimum. In order for your vaccuum cleaner to work efficiently it needs some TLC. You will be shown what to do to ensure this little helper is purring along.

If you have knives, garden tools, scissors to sharpen, bring them along. Any electrical and mechanical items, we will have a look at these, usually with excellent results. Perhaps there is a piece of clothing that needs repairing.

Come along and enjoy the social company with locals. Have a cuppa and some delicious afternoon tea with Dallas and Christina, while learning something new. All for a donation to assist in the running of the Repair Café.

When: Sunday, September 21st, 1pm to 4pm.
Where: Victoria Park Pavilion, on the Daylesford-Ballan Rd.
