The Daylesford Neighbourhood Centre (DNC) Committee of Management will hold their Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 19th May 2021 at 6pm in the DNC Paddock Room, 13 Camp St. Daylesford. Pople who wish to attend by Zoom videoconference should reply by email to receive a Zoom invitation.
The business of the Annual General Meeting will be to:
- Confirm the minutes of the previous AGM
- Consider and accept the Annual Reports for 2020
- Elect members to the Committee of Management.
A guest speaker, Gabe Phillips will speak on “Unsettling State of Mind – a map and helpful hints for living and relating well”.
New committee members are welcome. Nomination forms can be found at this link. Additional forms can be collected from the Centre, by calling us on 5348 3569 or via email to manager@dncentre.org.au Completed nomination forms must be lodged in person at the centre or via email no later than 4.00pm on Wed 12th May 2021. The current Rules are available for viewing at the Centre or at www.dncentre.org.au. Any proposed amendments must be submitted in writing and lodged in person at the Centre or via email (manager@dncentre.org.au), no later than 4.00pm, Wed 12th May 2021.
To be eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting, members must be a current financial member. If you would like to take out a new membership, please contact us and we will send you a form.
Attendees are also invited for light nibbles after the meeting.
