“Fire Bombs” Put CFA Volunteers at Risk
Owners of derelict cars, trucks and busses which they have abandoned on their properties create a potential risk for CFA fire fighters and many of these properties have been declared “no go” zones. Council has the power to act but has insufficient resources.
Rotary Daylesford Continues Support for Nepal Nursing School
Over the past five years, Daylesford Rotary Club has been supporting the establishment of a Nursing School in Sindhuli, in southern Nepal. In February this year Daylesford Rotary donated $3,500 towards the final stages of the nursing school involving a kitchen and dining area. The project is one of a number of local and international projects supported by Daylesford Rotary.
