This year’s theme, “Rainbow Circus Spectacular,” encourages attendees to embrace their inner performer. Anticipate a kaleidoscope of colourful costumes, captivating performances, and a celebration of queer culture in the heart of regional Victoria.​

Festival Highlights

The 2025 ChillOut Festival offers a diverse lineup of events catering to all tastes. Here are some must-attend highlights:​

  • Opening Night Extravaganza: Kick off the festivities on Thursday, 6th March, with a spectacular showcase featuring local talents and surprise circus acts under the Big Top at Victoria Park.​

  • Rainbow Spectacular Concert: On Friday, 7th March, enjoy an evening of music and entertainment with performances by renowned artists featuring Marcia Hines setting the stage for a weekend of celebration.​

  • Pool Party: Make a splash on Saturday, 8th March, at the family-friendly Pool Party. With live DJs, a community barbecue, and plenty of fun, it’s a refreshing way to spend the afternoon at Daylesford Outdoor Pool. From 12 pm until 4:00 pm.​

  • Street Parade: The iconic Street Parade takes over Vincent Street on Sunday, 9th March from 11:00 am to 12:00pm. Experience a vibrant procession of floats, costumes, and an explosion of rainbow pride, showcasing the essence of ChillOut.​

  • Carnival Day: Also on Sunday, Victoria Park transforms into a hub of music, food, and fun. Enjoy performances by various artists, a dog show, kids’ activities, and a picnic atmosphere—it’s a day for everyone.​

  • Closing Night Party: Conclude the weekend with a grand finale under the Big Top. Dance to infectious beats and celebrate with an electric crowd on Sunday evening.​
