Truffle and Cheese Dinner, Cosmopolitan Hotel

The Cosmopolitan Hotel situated in the beautiful town of Trentham has announced the return of their hugely popular Truffle & Cheese Dinner on Saturday 17th August 2024. The historic gastro pub will host entirely locally sourced three course dinner collaborating with local producers Truffle Treasures and Long Paddock Cheese. The menu will include an option for accompanying matching wines, from award winning local winery Lyons Will Estate. This indulgent dining experience offers truffle lovers a truly unique event which open with a truffle hunt with the gorgeous Truffle Treasures dog, in the hotel’s historic gardens, followed by short and informative talk accompanied by sparkling wine and canapes.

Throughout the evening diners will also have a unique opportunity to learn from the best the region has to offer, with cheese tastings from renowned cheesemonger, Gaetan Chapon from Long Paddock Cheese and wine tastings with vintners, Ollie and Renata from Lyons Will Estate.
