Rupert Boyd In Concert at CAM

Rupert Boyd will present music from contemporary Brazil to Baroque Germany, to Spain, Argentina and even music from Africa, in an hour-long concert that will take us on a journey of classical guitar favourites from around the world.

New York-based Australian classical guitarist Rupert Boyd, has been described by Gramophone as “a very fine musician” and by The Washington Post as “truly evocative”, and has performed across four continents, from New York’s Carnegie Hall, to festivals in Europe, China, India, Nepal, the Philippines, Japan, Vietnam, New Zealand and Australia. Boyd, a member of the Australian artistic dynasty, and will be performing in the same galleries as works by his great-grandfather, Penleigh Boyd.
