Live classical music returns to Daylesford

Live (classical) music back in Daylesford with a fabulous concert on Sunday November 14, 1pm, at the Convent Gallery. This concert will be a repeat of the Friday night wildlife hospital benefit concert at the Convent, tickets for which have sold out.

The Zephyr String Ensemble, a group of exciting, young, professional musicians from Melbourne will perform works from a range of composers, including Mozart, Corelli, Hildegard of Bingen and a quirky new piece for solo bassoon, “The Song of the Wombat,” played by MSO principal bassoon, Jack Schiller.

If you’ve been hanging out for the return of live classical music, don’t miss this concert at a popular local venue and support a great local cause, the Central Victoria Wildlife Hospital. Tickets are $25, bookings are essential (as is proof of x2 vax) and can be made online at: https://www.trybooking.com/BTGNA. Info: 0478 622428 or djs@oceanbooks.com.au
