Introduction to Welding Workshop at Daylesford’s Repair Cafe

Repair Café fixer, Quentin Irvine, will introduce us to Welding- gasless MIG welding – an easy and basic type of welding. The Repair Café brings together people with a variety of skills so the workshop will be a sharing of knowledge and skills. Bring items to weld such as shovels and garden trowels.

What else can be fixed at the Repair Cafe?

Join us at the Repair Café between 1:00pm and 4:00pm on Sunday, May 21st and discover what else can be repaired. Our team of fixers and supporters can sharpen knives, scissors and garden tools. We can mend clothes, cushions and soft toys. We can repair bicycles, prams and other wheeled items. And household appliances as well as electrical equipment can be fixed. And we have a ‘mending broken hearts table’ for those in need of a listening ear.

Café: Enjoy a bowl of home-made soup and/or a cuppa, cake and conversation while you’re there.
