Daylesford Art Show
The Daylesford Rotary Club is excited to announce that the Daylesford Art Show, will return in full force during the 2022 Melbourne Cup long weekend. Held at the Daylesford Town Hall, the opening night celebrations on Friday the 28th October will display artworks from at least 60 artists, live art, music, and a dynamic auction of art and eclectic items supplied by local businesses.
The Community Bank Daylesford District Opening Night ticketed event will bring together many local businesses and community members, giving them the opportunity to experience the art throughout the Town Hall and to share an informal and fun night that promises to enliven the community spirit.
The Art Show, now in its 39th year, has bought to the community of Daylesford, culture and enrichment. This year is no exception. We are anticipating a great Opening Night and a fabulous Art Show for all to enjoy. With works submitted locally and from further afield by emerging and mid-career artists ensures that the range of art on offer is remarkable. So many genres and styles for everyone to enjoy. The chance to purchase affordable art is an opportunity not to be missed.
