Dance forms prevailed in the 18th century. The relatively unusual assembly of four recorders (at times sprightly, at times soulful) in chamber works by Telemann, Albinoni, Boismortier and Schickhardt brings the great spirit of this music alive.

This performance will also feature a range of rare and beautiful instruments of varying sizes by legendary Australian recorder maker, the late Frederick G. Morgan. An unmissable reunion through the various combinations this program affords.
