The beautiful old country church – now Yandoit Cultural – is the setting for an afternoon of gypsy jazz! Pull up a pew and enjoy the amazing acoustics of this space. Music as it is meant to be enjoyed, live and in an intimate setting.
The Django Fretts will perform two sets of tunes from the songbook of the great Django Reinhardt. Be transported to 1930s Paris as they deliver up-tempo toe-tappers alongside beautiful French ballads. The Django Fretts play in the traditional Manouche style, with acoustic guitars, double bass and clarinet.
Support will be from the amazing Kynan Sutherland who will deliver a short programme of classical guitar music.
