What is your vision for Hepburn Shire Council?
To ensure that the council is financially stable through strong financial leadership, find ways to increase community participation in council decisions and encourage residents to apply for council based employment opportunities. Re-introduction of wards system.
What expertise or attributes do you have which would help you in undertaking the role of Councillor?
Prior to becoming Aquatics Officer at HSC, I managed Diamond Creek Community Centre, Lady Northcote Recreation Camp and was a Community Development Officer. These roles have given me practical experience of how to communicate with and support the diverse needs of the communities and stakeholders.
