The increasing amount of displaced people globally can leave us wondering how we as individuals can help. There are many ways one person can get involved but what if we can be part of the solution as a whole community?

Cassinia Community and Community Refugee Sponsorship Australia (CRSA) are offering an opportunity to the Woodend community to get involved in a refugee resettlement and
integration program.

We invite you to join us for an information session about the Community Refugee Integration and Settlement Pilot, CRISP, a program that trains local everyday people to provide a welcoming experience for the newly arrived families and guided integration.

A CRSA representative will provide an overview of the program and how you can become involved. Two groups have formed in Kyneton and their adopted families are due to arrive within a month or two. Members of one group will describe their experience to date preparing for the new arrivals.

Free event, food and drinks provided. Registration is required via Trybooking
