Council is holding a drop-in session for community members to find out more about the developments proposed in north-east Daylesford.
The developer, Ballarat-based Hygge, will explain their proposals and give the community an opportunity to ask questions. Council staff will be at the session to explain the planning process.
The planning applications are for:
- 29 Smith Street – 5 residential lots
- 9 Raglan Street – 22 lots subdivision.
Hygge is currently constructing 39 residential lots and 3 super lots at the adjoining 17 Smith Street.
Council is aware that this is a significant development for the town, particularly after the response to the development at 17 Smith Street. The information session will give the community an opportunity to hear from the developer and ask questions. The applications will go through the normal planning application process.
The information session will be held on Monday, 12 September 2022 | 05:00 PM – 06:30 PM in the Daylesford Town Hall on Vincent Street.
