The ChillOut Festival will return in 2021 with a 10-day festival from February 27 to March 8 to ensure a COVID safe program and community accessibility.
The theme of the Festival is “Magic” and the Festival is where the magic happens.
In launching the Festival, ChillOut Director, Michelle Bauer, said ” It has been a long year and we hope that knowing ChillOut is going ahead will give our community something to look forward to.”
Patricia Karvelas, prominent ABC radio presenter, current affairs journalist and political correspondent has been announced as the first ChillOut Festival Ambassador for 2021. Patricia will be hosting an in-conversation event at ChillOut 2021 which will be a highlight of the Festival.
Writer, director, producer and performer, Maeve Marsden will bring her national LGBTQI+ storytelling project, Queerstories, to the Festival.
