Daylesford College student, Quinn Le Fevre, joined 119 young people from across Victoria for the YMCA Youth Parliament at the end of June. Quinn was selected to introduce a bill he helped to prepare to lower the voting age to 16 and the bill was passed by the Youth Parliament.
