The 2025 Daylesford Rotary Art Show, held over the Cup Day long weekend raised more than $12,000.

All profits from the show will be used by Daylesford Rotary to support Community needs and projects, mostly in our region.

“The Daylesford Art Show has been running for 42 years and is Rotary’s major fundraiser,” said Jenny Hopkins, a Rotarian and Coordinator of the Art Show. “The Daylesford Art Show provides a wonderful opportunity to promote Artists and our region. We had 280 art works on exhibition from 135 artists, mostly based in our Shire and Central Victoria. 41 works have been sold.”

Around 130 people attended the opening and award announcements last Thursday evening, the event supported by Blooms the Chemist with a $2000 sponsorship. Mostly of the opening night attendees were locals and artists but many visitors to Daylesford attended the exhibition over the weekend to view and buy art works.

“Jenny Hopkins added: “$10,000″Ten thousand dollars in prizes were awarded to the eleven artists and artists earned more than $16,000 form art sales.

Daylesford Rotary thanked the many local sponsors including Blooms the Chemist ($2000 Opening and Award Night Sponsorship); The Lake House; That Bargain Place; Daylesford District Community Bank; Springs Medical Centre and Carole White. Additional sponsors included: Belle Property; Brian Nash; Farmers Arms Hotel; Daylesford Trading; Overwrought: Daylesford Meat Company; Signsation; Seref Design; Mineral Springs Hotel; as well as the Daylesford Hotel and Royal Hotel.”
