The kitchen at the Daylesford Neighbourhood Centre is undergoing a major renovation.

The Good Grub Club Daylesford is excited to announce that we have moved lock, stock and barrel to the Daylesford Neighbourhood centre.

The kitchen renovation has begun. The old kitchen has been gutted awaiting floor coverings, a double commercial sized sink, a six burner stove, commercial dishwasher, hand basin and stainless steel benches and shelves.

The well stocked pantry has been set up and is continuing to serve our members with no disruption to the service during the move.

We have only had to disrupt meal service during the first week of the move but are now back to serving simple meals in the paddock room on a Thursday. We have been blessed with beautiful sunshine streaming through the windows during lunch service.

We envisage that the kitchen renovation will be completed by early June when we will be able to return to preparing more substantial three course lunches.

Thank you to Kate and Ethan for making us feel so welcome and sharing your space with us and a very huge thank you to all our volunteers who have worked so hard to make our move possible.
