Find Your Strengths – From blind spot to breakthrough
Feeling capable but not always confident?
Or knowing you have strengths, but not always sure how to use them — in work, community, or life?
This interactive workshop introduces the Gallup Strengths approach, a globally recognised framework that helps people understand how they naturally think, feel and act — and how to turn those talents into real strengths.
This session is practical, reflective, and grounded in everyday life. Learn more about Strengths by clicking here.
In this workshop, you will:
Discover what your natural talents are and why they matter
Understand the difference between having talents and using strengths
Build confidence by naming what you already do well
Gain clarity on direction — especially if you’re feeling stuck, in transition, or under-utilised
Learn how to apply strengths at work, in community roles, and at home
This session is especially helpful if you:
struggle with confidence or self-doubt
feel capable but unsure how to move forward
wear many hats in a small community
want language for what you’re good at — without feeling arrogant
are curious about strengths-based development but want something practical and human
What to expect
Personalised report on your unique Top 5 Strengths
Small group, relaxed environment
Individual reflection and guided discussion
Practical examples you can apply immediately
No pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with
You do not need to have completed a Gallup Strengths assessment beforehand to attend.
