The Daylesford Rotary Club is gearing up for the opening night of the Daylesford Rotary Art Show, with more than 450 works from local and regional artists set to go on display at the Daylesford Town Hall.
The opening night, proudly sponsored by Blooms the Chemist, will be held on Thursday 29 October from 6pm. Guests will get the first look at this year’s entries before the judge announces the winners on the night.
Entry is free for participating artists and for visitors under 18. Tickets for adults are $30, giving guests the chance to browse the artwork over drinks and nibbles.
The show has been drawing growing attention in the lead-up to opening night, with The Wombat Post publishing article celebrating some of the local artists taking part this year.
The exhibition will then be open to the public from 30 October, 10am to 5pm, running until 3 November, 2pm.
