The Crew from Daylesford College launched Live4Life Hepburn last week.

Kick boxing and team building at Live4Life.

The event was a wonderful celebration bringing together members of the community, and partnership group including CHRH, Hepburn Shire Council and Youth Live4Life.

The Year 9 Crew officially launched their ‘Be Aware About Self Care’ poster design.

The Crew educated Year 8 students on the importance of Self Care. Activities included Zumba, kick boxing, team building games, and a visit from the Keep In Touch van.

Daylesford College Wellbeing Co-ordinator, Bridget Franc said, “A highlight on the day was hearing from inspirational speaker, Robbie, who spoke about his mental health, and the struggles he endured after becoming a paraplegic. His message was powerful.”

Live4Life is a community wide mental health initiative that offers Mental Health First Aid education to students, teachers, and community members.
