The team at the Wombat Post wish you a very merry Christmas and a happy new year.
It’s been a big year for us. We have published over 500 stories, maintained the events calendar and the death notices, provided a jobs notice board and a local classified section, all through volunteer effort.
We are very grateful for our regular local columnists, Petrus Spronk, Victor Szwed, Tania Loos and Raquel Stevens and the many local people and organisations who have sent us occasional articles and submissions.
We also want to thank our many weekly subscribers and our loyal members , our sponsor the Daylesford District Community Bank, and our advertisers who between them keep the show going with their financial contributions (and their encouragement). Without you it wouldn’t be possible.
We are having a well earned holiday until the end of January to recharge the batteries. We look forward to bringing you our regular publication beginning again in February 2023.
