HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid (includes Provide CPR)
Learn how to provide emergency care, perform resuscitation and manage injury and illness until medical help arrives. This course complies with the workplace health and safety regulations. Formally First Aid Workplace Level 2, this course includes CPR training. Your First Aid Certificate is valid for 3 years, however you are required to undertake CPR annually to ensure currency.
VOLUNTEER MENTORS NEEDED:
Do you have your drivers license and a few hours to spare each week? The Hepburn L2P program is currently seeking volunteer mentors who can spend 2-3 hours a week working with a young person to get their 120 hours of driving experience.
L2P Program is a community-based program developed to assist young learner drivers between the ages of 16 and 21 years who do not have access to a supervising driver or a vehicle to gain their driving license. Learner drivers are matched with a volunteer mentor, who support young people through the 120 hours of driving needed to get their license.
