Meditation and Mindfulness for Beginners Online

Over the course of 4 weeks, join local husband & wife team, Tamkey, a former Tibetan Buddhist monk & Claire, Buddhist practitioner and meditation teacher- as they unlock various meditation and mindfulness techniques designed to help navigate daily obstacles.

Drawing upon ancient Tibetan Buddhist practices they will cover breathing, sound, movement and visualisation practices. They’ll demonstrate and help you to practice posture, breath and how to integrate these techniques into everyday situations- leaving you with tools to ride out this tumultuous time. We blend these teachings with practical experience and aim to bring some lightness to the journey.

You will receive also receive downloadable resources to support your journey, and the option to purchase a meditation starter kit including a blessed Tibetan mala (prayer beads), hand made Tibetan incense, mantra cards and instructions.

All participants will also be invited to join our private FB group which shares various Lojong teachings from across the world, and first access to upcoming teachings.
