Dear Editor,
I am writing to share my dismay and frustration at the unfulfilled promises by this State Government to legislate the new national parks, so many years into this process. They have meddled with the original plan, separated out regional parks and disappointed so many Victorians.
The forest, flora, fauna and groundwater needs urgent protection in our dynamically changing environment.
The forest supplies and filters the drinking and agricultural water for a vast area of Victoria. It fills our waterways and groundwater.
