For more than 20 years, the Swiss Italian Festa Landscape Art Prize has been an important part of the annual Festa celebrations in Hepburn Springs, inviting artists to capture the beauty, character and spirit of our remarkable region.
The 2026 Landscape Art Prize continues this wonderful tradition, offering visitors the opportunity to see Hepburn Springs and its surrounding landscape through the eyes of artists. From our distinctive bushland and rolling hills to historic streetscapes, gardens and waterways, the region provides endless inspiration.
A new venue for 2026
This year, the exhibition moves to a new location — The Pavilion at Mineral
Springs Reserve Road, just past the Hepburn Bathhouse. Set within the beautiful Mineral Springs Reserve, the new venue provides a wonderful setting for this celebration of art and landscape.
The exhibition will be open from Friday 16 October to Sunday 25 October, with viewing available Friday to Sunday, 10am–4pm.
Opening Night
Join us on Friday 16 October from 5.30–7.30pm for the official opening and the presentation of the Petrus Spronk Award, valued at $1,000.
This is a free community event and everyone is welcome. Come along, meet the artists, admire the works and help us celebrate the wonderful talent inspired by our region.
People’s Choice Award
Visitors will also have the opportunity to choose their favourite artwork, with the People’s Choice Award to be presented at the closing event on Sunday 25 October, from 4–5pm.
So come along, take your time, discover the artworks and cast your vote for the piece that speaks to you.
The Swiss Italian Festa Landscape Art Prize is more than an exhibition. It is a celebration of place, creativity and community — a chance to appreciate the landscape we are fortunate to call home through the eyes and imagination of artists.
Make a date, bring your friends and family, and help us make the 2026 Landscape Art Prize an event to remember.
