Hepburn Roads repaired

The Victorian State Government has completed major repair works on three key freight routes.

Crews have finished patching works on:

  • Daylesford-Trentham Road, between Lyman Street outside Daylesford and Black Wattle Lane in Bullarto
  • Sunraysia Highway, between Forest Road and Stud Farm Road in Waubra
  • Pitfield-Scarsdale Road, between Grand Trunk Road and Dalgleish Road in Springdallah.

These are critical links for trucks moving agricultural products, livestock and manufactured goods.

More than 150,000 potholes have been repaired across Victoria since 1 July.

The Victorian State Government has invested a record $1.4 billion – the largest road maintenance investment in Victoria’s history.

Around 70 per cent of that is being spent in regional Victoria, including the west.

Based on information supplied by the office of Mary-Anne Thomas.
