ANZAC Day commemorations will be held around the Shire on Sunday 25 April.

In order to comply with COVID-safe requirements, all participants and spectators need to register their attendance prior to these events for contact tracing purposes. The list below includes links to click  to book free ticket. You can also collect a ticket from Council’s Customer Service Centres or call (03) 5348 2306 to book.

Dawn Service at 6.30am at the Daylesford Cenotaph. Parade will commence at 10.15am along Vincent Street, to the Cenotaph upon arrival a service will take place. Register at

Service at 9.00am at Old Main Road, Eganstown. Register at: (same link as Daylesford)

Service at 8.30am at the Memorial Gates in Tenth Street. Register at: (same link as Daylesford)

5:45am Dawn Service at the Cenotaph followed by a sausage sizzle at the Rotunda. 9:30am: Wreath Laying at Soldier’s Section, Creswick Cemetery. 9:45am: Wreath Laying at RSL Hall Memorial Stones. 10:30am: Parade from the corner of Midland Hwy and Victoria St and will proceed along Albert Street to the Cenotaph. 10:45 ANZAC Day Service at Cenotaph. Immediately following the Service will be the launch of the 662 page book “Reflections – The Shire & Borough of Creswick and the Great War”. 12:00 noon: 2UP at the American Hotel. 2:00pm: Creswick Brass Band at Creswick Town Hall. March and Wreath laying – Fraser Street to the Cenotaph. Commencing 10.45am and concluding no later than 11.30am. Register at
