Hepburn Shire has announced that from January 4, Customer Service, Libraries and Hubs will return to their regular hours of service. COVID-19 restrictions interrupted Council Services for much of 2020.

Services available at the Council Office on Duke Street include:

  • Council Payments
  • Paperwork Lodgement
  • Disabled Parking Permits processing
  • Face-to-face appointments or meetings with Council department representatives
  • Venue hire

The Daylesford Library is temporarily operating a pop-up click-and-collect service from 94 Vincent Street while repairs are made to the Albert Street building. Book reservations can be made on-line and library staff will contact users when items are ready for collection.

Normal operations from the Albert Street Library are expected to resume from 28 January. Library services include:

  • Public Computer usage
  • Printing/photocopying/scanning facilities
  • Library collection browsing and borrowing
