And now the last of our series on fermentation, courtesy of illustrator Brenna Quinlan. With the help of a Hepburn Shire grant she has produced a set of fermentation recipe posters.
The final three have been added to the set: Apple Scrap Vinegar, Sauerkraut and yoghurt. That makes eight in total.

Ms Quinlan says, “I’ve always loved Culture Club, Daylesford’s monthly free ferments workshop run by Hepburn Relocalisation Network, and I wanted to translate some of my learnings from that group into a form that could be shared online.
“I know that lockdown has been so hard on people, so my hope is that these posters offer an opportunity for people to learn new skills, try new things, and share the results with friends and family.”
The WP is grateful to Brenna for sharing her recipes and illustrations. We hope you enjoy making them over the festive season.
